IMPORTANT: Automatic Payment Notifications

If you have automatic payments set up through our online utility billing portal, please make sure your payment information and card expiration date remain current.

Card Expiration Notifications:
If the card associated with your automatic payment is approaching its expiration date, the system will send you notifications 60 days, 30 days, 10 days, 5 days, and 1 day before the payment is scheduled to be processed.

Declined Payment Notifications:
If an automatic payment is declined by the payment processor, you will receive one email notification at the time the payment is declined.

Please check your email, including your spam or junk folder, for these notifications. The City does not receive a separate notification when an automatic payment is declined, so it is important to review your emails and your monthly utility bill to ensure your payments are being processed successfully.

If your payment method has expired or a payment has been declined, please update your payment information in the online portal to avoid missed payments and applicable late payment penalties.

The Certification process will start in Sept 2026, any past due balance as of 8/31/2026 may receive a delinquency notice and could be certified to your property taxes if not paid by 11/13/2026
